Prescription for Warmth are not directly linked with any charity, service provider and do not directly employ the surveyors or accredited installers that we will put in you in contact with and prescriptionforwarmth.co.uk takes no responsibility for any issues which may arise from the companies, or contractors which you have been referred to.

Our aim is to asses your support needs and to help put you in contact with a suitable support provider or in the case of energy efficiency measure installation, to assess your eligibility for a grant and then pass you to a suitable surveyor & installer so that you can receive your Eco Grant installation from them and get the services you requested.

 

By registering on the Website with your details and requirements, you acknowledge the above terms and consent that you are happy that we will pass your details to appropriate support provider and/or a surveyor & installer so they can contact you to provide more information of their process.

Any issues with customer service, support provided, installation of energy efficiency measures or standards must be reported directly with the company that provided them. If the company is unresponsive, or fails to assist you with your complaint, you can contact us and we will assist you on how to proceed from that point.
